It's not a complaint, just a comment.

Did some reevaluation on my life...

Yea yea, I've been doing that quite often already... But this time is a little different, I had a plan for my plan, and I drew a life plan for myself, so I'm quite proud of myself now... First step... done.( Pats on back...)

It feels good to know that we have a certain degree of control over our lives, though we know ultimately it is our Father in Heaven who provides for us and watches over us.

Have you always been the complaining type of person? Do you seem to complain about everything around you? Do you find yourself dissatisfied with life and constantly feeling rejected and deprived of many life's privileges?

At one point in my life, I used to complain a lot as well.. I blamed everyone for my shortcomings and sometimes it was true, but most of the time, heck it's just life. But understanding what I understand now, there really is no point in blaming others for your misfortunes and lacks but to get up and get on with life. Do something about it I always say.

Some may concur and disagree when I say I don't complain much anymore. Well, I still complain, once in a while, then I go fix the problem lah, bad habits die hard.. haha.. Sorry to those who had to put up with my rants all this while, I'll try to make up for it guys.

Actually it's much more of commenting, the Mr. Know-it-all in me just loves commenting on everything I see, and for that I apologise. Usually, it's only at the end of the day that I realise my faults and by then it's already too late. As they say in Bahasa Malaysia which I shall delightfully translate, the rice has already become the congee... hahaha... I am working on this as well, as I sometimes find myself irritated by my own comments..haha... came back full circle.

Coming back to the topic. There are many options to which you can choose on what you can do with your current life situation.

I know of some who pick themselves up, dust off and go on with their lives. Some tend to analyse the mistakes they made, sometimes a little to long, but they make sure they rectify the problem and solve it the best way they can. Then there are those who choose the more depressing route. They dwell on the problem at hand and just look at it, and think about it, asking questions of why did it happen, or why did it happen to them. Over and over again they do this to themselves without realising how much this affects them as well as those around them. Sad.

I've always seen such people as a black hole. They're depressed, they blame the world, themselves and just sit there for attention. Their sadness attracts attention, which is what they wanted, people come share their thoughts and their ideas, people involved get pulled into their lives, and now these new people, people who care are starting to be depressed as well because they've connected with said depressed person. It's a sad sad situation.

Pulling myself out of such a depressing track. I'd like to share a passage that has been shared oh so many times by so many individuals before me,

Luke 12:22-31 (New International Version, ©2011)
Do Not Worry
22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your lifea]">[a]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?

27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! 29 And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30 For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31 But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.

It is obvious that my observation above is just a general, light, not so in depth overview of things. Of course there will always be other factors put into the mix which makes life a little bit more complicated. But don't let that pull you down, and if it does pull you down, don't stay down, get up and fight back.

I hope it helps. I have faith that no matter what we choose to do, as long as we know and believe and follow God's guidance, we can achieve it. Key word is, Let God take control. Man this feel like previous post..hahaha

God bless guys

I think the best part of this post is "pick yourself up" which I don't think I have put much effort in my life.
